This programme provides an opportunity to review what best practice in managing the project portfolio looks like and compares project sponsorship processes within other engineering organisations.

The role of the project sponsor will often involve balancing the needs of project managers and delivering the business case to ensure project success.

You’ll find yourself as the escalation point to project managers who rely on you to make sure projects deliver the benefits they initially promise.
