Annual Learning at Work Day
This day gives employees the opportunity to engage in a number of different activities that encourage learning and wellbeing.
The Institution is committed to allowing staff to work as flexibly as possible within the demands of the business. Employees currently enjoy home-working, compressed hours, job sharing and part-time.
The UK employees are entitled to a minimum of 26 days Annual Leave, exclusive of public bank holidays. This annual allowance will increase based on your length of service. The holiday year runs from 1 January to 31 December. 1 Birdcage Walk is also closed over Christmas and the New Year, over which time employees receive an additional Institution Day.

Donate to a charity of your choice through monthly deductions from your pre-tax salary. This allows you to benefit from not paying tax on the donations you make and the tax relief is instead passed on to the charity.

To help with the costs of childcare, we offer a salary sacrifice Childcare Vouchers scheme to employees in association with Edenred (formerly Accor Services). Money for your childcare provision is deducted from your pre-tax salary and credited to a voucher scheme online.
