Summary

The CMI Level 5 Award is ideal for those looking to develop key skills as a manager, including developing personal management capabilities, making effective use of information in decision-making and developing people.

This qualification lets you strengthen and develop your knowledge of middle management by focusing on specific management areas that are applicable to your job.

You will need to complete one unit and submit a written assignment that successfully demonstrates your understanding of your chosen topic. 

Included with your purchase is 12 months study membership with the CMI and access to their ManagementDirect learning portal to support your studies. 

After attending your chosen course, you will be given access to the associated assignment and after successful completion you will be awarded the qualification. 

The qualification must be completed within 12 months of attending the training.
