Nominate your Faculty Advisor for FS2021

Often a key part of a successful Formula Student team, here's your chance to show your appreciation for your Faculty Advisor

This award recognises the contributions that a Faculty Advisor makes to inspire and support a team on their journey to Silverstone. Be sure to download your nomination form, complete it and send it to us for the Faculty Advisor Award and the winner will be announced on the Sunday awards evening at Silverstone.

Last year's winner was Martin Dunn with Staffordshire University Racing, who described his input as follows:

"Martin is the life and soul of our team and he has had a massive impact on both the team and the car for 2020."

"In the past year, Martin, alongside the team leaders, has introduced and instrumented a “Keep It Simple” policy. This policy has greatly affected every area and has enabled the team to have a fully thought-out design and manufacturing plan that, under normal circumstances, would have enabled the team to achieve its goal of completing the car by June."

"Thanks to Martin’s guidance and support, the team went from manufacturing the fixture to a completed chassis in a little under two weeks."
