Our Programme

There are two distinct ways that we can support you:

Training and development

We can design the whole training programme for you, make over your current training or act as a consultant, helping you tailor your current training to get the best of your graduates. We offer:

  • A portfolio of around 200 of technical and non-technical courses designed to build both personal and professional skills.
  • Facilitators with industry experience and that understand the needs of your engineers, which ensures the successful transfer of learning into the workplace.

Programme management

We can support your programme planning and delivery, from taking over smaller admin tasks to running the whole programme for you. We:

  • Provide a comprehensive service ranging from speakers, venues, co-ordinating training, a branded learning management system, communities, and programme design.
  • Act as a trusted partner, helping you to save time by can relieving you of repetitive administration tasks, whilst ensuring that your key objectives are measured and met.

In addition, our Global Membership Team can guide your graduate engineers through a series of well-planned and executed stages linked to the UK-SPEC, ensuring they can demonstrate the requirements for professional registration, and the rigours faced by engineering today. The benefits:
