IMechE offers support to members in Ukraine

The Institution condemns Russia’s invasion of Ukraine and its devastating impact on the people of Ukraine.

We have contacted our members in Ukraine directly offering support services, which also includes help via our Support Network.

President Peter Flinn said:

“We are in touch with our members in Ukraine and are offering support services. In addition, we are working actively with other Professional Engineering Institutions to form a cross PEI-group to work in collaboration on this challenging issue.”

Support Network provides IMechE members and their family with information, advice, emotional and practical assistance as financial grants.

Our thoughts at this time are with all members who are affected by the terrible situation in Ukraine. Support Network can provide financial help plus access to specialist support and counselling services. Our specialist caseworkers can be contacted at supportnetwork@imeche.org, providing tailored support to meet our members’ needs.
