We are delighted to announce that the registration process for FS2023 is now open.
We warmly invite all new and returning teams to join us for the next Formula Student competition: provisional dates 19-23 July 2023 at Silverstone Circuit in Northampton.
Preliminary rules for the FS2023 competition will be provided in late October 2022 and followed by the full release shortly after Learn to Win 2023 on 4 November 2022. In the meantime please read the advanced notice of key rules changes to help your planning and remember to refer to the Formula Student FAQ for any questions.
Whether you are an FS veteran or new team, we have also recently updated the Registration page with more detailed guidance to make the registration process as clear as possible, be sure to visit the page and download the guidance document.
We would particularly like to remind all teams building their cars to FSG rules that the UK rules will allow for your cars to compete in FS2023 and we are happy to help any teams who have questions about joining us next July, feel free to email us.
Registration is broken down into three main elements:
Part 1 – Pre Registration (October 2022)
Create and update your team account and download, complete and upload your Design Concept Specification (also available on the Forms and Documents page under Team Admininstration) before 8 December 2022 via your team account.
Guidance has been produced to support all teams completing the Design Concept Specification, please download this here (this can also be found on the Forms and Documents page under Guidance).
Part 2 – Selection, payment and confirmation (January 2023)
Receive email notification that you have been selected, select car number and pay entry fee via team account, confirmed entry list and reserve list published online all as per Key Dates document.
Part 3 – Motorsport UK indemnity forms (May-June 2023)
Via team account, as per Key Dates document.
