We’re licensed by the Engineering Council to accredit both academic programmes and professional development schemes leading towards IEng or CEng registration. We benchmark these programmes and schemes against standards defined by UK-SPEC (the UK Standard for Professional Engineering Competence).

Universities can get accreditation for students' placement in industry as part of a sandwich degree programme, or a year in industry, as counting towards competences on a Monitored Professional Development Scheme.
