If you're looking to identify your development needs, either for an appraisal, to support your membership application and for your own personal development, the Engineer360 will help you identify your own strengths and weaknesses.
Designed by engineers, for engineers, the Engineer360 will evaluate you against the five competences required and defined by the Engineering Council:
- Technical understanding
- Problem solving
- Leadership skills
- Interpersonal skills
If you are thinking about attending our Senior Engineering Manager
course, you'll receive an Engineer360 as part of your attendance.

The Engineer360 has been designed to support engineers at all levels and is particularly relevant to new and aspiring engineering managers.
How does it work?
Upon receipt of your order, we will launch your Engineer360 using our online system. Once you have nominated your line manager, direct reports, colleagues and any others the system will control the information gathering process.
After approximately two weeks, you will be emailed with a copy of your Engineer360 report.
