Opportunities for Formula Student teams, universities & colleges to join the World Motorsport Symposium

This year F1's Chief Technical Officer, Pat Symonds will be joined by Yath Gangakumaran, F1 Director of Strategy and Business Development to reveal some breaking news and expand on the announcement of their F1 sustainability programme. They will be covering issues such as how how ultra-low carbon sustainable fuels are to be introduced to F1 and how the next generation of engine and fuel will be designed to work in harmony to achieve a highly efficient carbon neutral power unit plus the holistic view F1 is taking of the sustainability of our sport and introducing, for the first time to a forum such as WMS, some of the visionary projects that will put F1 at the forefront of sustainable sports. We look forward to welcoming all motorsport engineering and Formula students this year and are offering a special discounted student rate to attend.

Opportunities for Formula Student teams, universities & colleges

Chairmen Ulrich Baretzky and John Iley, along with their peers, are always keen for more student participation during the two days thus providing a fantastic opportunity for universities and education organisations wishing to promote their students and courses. Following the success of impromptu student participation on the VIP panel last year, some students may also be given the opportunity to sit on the panel alongside key industry figures for a full session, providing them the chance of a life time. The breakout sessions throughout the day also allow the students to network with all those that attend.
