Every year, hundreds of volunteers from diverse industries come together to make Formula Student the outstanding event it is. The dedication, passion, and expertise of the FS volunteer community are what bring the competition to life — without them, it simply couldn’t happen. Many are Formula Student alumni, returning with valuable experience to contribute and collaborate with industry peers in delivering a world-class event.

While many volunteers have previously competed or judged before, Formula Student is equally welcoming to first-time judges. New volunteers are often paired with seasoned team members to help them learn the ropes, gain confidence, and enjoy being part of the vibrant Formula Student community.
