Visa advice for overseas teams

Competing in UAS Challenge or Formula Student and need to arrange visas for the finals?

All overseas teams are encouraged to contact the UAS Challenge team or Formula Student team as soon as possible to start the process of organising supporting paperwork for your visa in plenty of time for the finals of each competition.

Each team member who requires a visa will need to supply the following details:

• Company/University Name:
• Company/University Address:
• Name you have registered for UAS Challenge with (if different to name on passport):
• Name on Passport:
• Passport Number:
• Date of Expiry:
• Date of Birth:

UAS Challenge teams should email uas.challenge@imeche.org and Formula Student teams should email fs@imeche.org with the email subject "Visa document request".
