Updates for FS2022 Lap Time Simulation event

A quick message from IPG Automotive ahead of the LTS rules release.

We are happy to announce the FS2022 Lap Time simulation virtual event has been made a mandatory part of the Formula Student competition. The Developers at IPG Automotive have been busy augmenting aspects of this virtual event, including more options such as multiple powertrain choices for both EV and ICE cars. These new options, among other changes, aim to make the event more even more challenging and engaging. Based on last year's feedback, we have also streamlined the submission process and we are excited to have all teams participate in this year’s competition.
