Update on Annual Meeting: London 22 September 2020

Latest news on arrangements for the 2020 Annual Meeting

Further to our previous communication about the arrangements for the Institution’s Annual Meeting which will take place on Tuesday 22 September 2020 at IMechE HQ, 1 Birdcage Walk, London at 11:15 hrs.  In order to comply with Government guidance regarding social distancing, physical attendance at the Annual Meeting is restricted to 30 Corporate and Associate Members.

As mentioned, all updates will appear at www.imeche.org/annualmeeting2020 where you can view details of how you can:

• Register your preference to be one of the thirty members attending the meeting in person
• Submit a question to be raised on your behalf
• View the Annual Meeting’s proceedings on the day via a livestream.

I am pleased to confirm that the Trustees’ Report & Annual Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2019 and details for voting by Proxy are now available. Details for proxy voting have been distributed by email (28 August 2020).
