Submit a poster for display at the IMechE's upcoming automotive conferences

The IMechE invites students to submit a poster and showcase their work in front of industry leaders and specialist engineers at our October conference.

Don't miss your chance to present your work and network with leading engineers and companies working across powertrains, EV systems, aerodynamics, and noise, vibration and handling at the Institution's upcoming Advancing Automotive Engineering event (21-22 October 2025, Warwick).

We are looking for posters covering the following topics:

Powertrain Systems for Sustainable Future Conference 2025:

Focus: Engines (light, heavy duty, off-highway, marine, stationary, including two-stroke, aviation reciprocating engines) Hydrogen Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) technology and applications, Sustainable fuels (biofuels, e-fuels, ammonia), Hybrid powertrain configurations, Emissions control systems for regulations (e.g., Euro 7 and beyond), and Transmission Systems.

Electrified Vehicle Engineering Conference:

Focus: Battery systems, thermal Management, power electronics, e-motors, charging systems, Sustainability and Life Cycle Analysis, Simulation and modelling techniques, optimisation possibilities, and novel concepts.

Vehicle Aerodynamics Conference:

Focus: Aerodynamic performance, efficiency, and aeroacoustics across all on road, off road, and sport applications.

Noise, Vibration and Handling of Electric Powertrains:

Focus: Structural & acoustic vibration management in electric vehicles.
