Shipping guidance for Formula Student

The earliest we can receive car shipments to Silverstone is 09:00 Tuesday 10 July. The site will be locked down to receive Formula One authorised deliveries only prior to this. The address to ship to is:

Once you have shipment confirmation, please let us know delivery details and we will add to our schedule and ensure someone is ready to receive it.

Kevin Lewis, Director at RJJ Freight, has put together the following information for FS teams:

“Where possible an ATA Carnet should be issued at country of origin.  This enables import into the UK and export without payment or guarantees for any duty or taxes.  You’ll need to pay an import duty which should be refunded provided the proper export procedure is followed.  You’ll need an import customs declaration to show where the goods are being delivered to as well as your own details.  This is something RJJ Freight Ltd can help with, so feel free to call us if you have any questions.”

Teams will have access to the circuit from 14:00 Wednesday 11 July.

Crates must be collected no later than 17:00 Monday 16 July.
