Rules update for Formula Student 2023

A quick update for all teams considering joining Formula Student 2023!

On behalf of the Formula Student Organising Committee, we are delighted to announce that preliminary rules for all FS2023 FS Class, Concept Class and FS-AI teams will be available on the week of 24/10/2022, one week before Learn to Win 2023 takes place.

This will give all teams a chance to check over the updated rules for next year's competition and for those joining us in person or online at Learn to Win 2023, please be sure to bring your queries and questions to the event on 4 November 2022. After Learn to Win 2023 takes place, the full ruleset will be available, alongside the Key Dates documents containing all the submisison deadlines and penalties.

Places are still available for teams to join Learn to Win 2023 ahead of the start of the year, but are booking quickly; if you would like to join, please check the event website or email us.

In the meantime, please be sure to refer to the FS2022 rules and familiarise yourself with what's involved.

We would also like to remind all overseas teams building their cars to FSG specifications that your cars continue to be legal under the UK competition rules (since 2019) and we hope you will consider joining us next year at Silverstone.
