Three months to go: We are delighted to invite your family and friends for the return of the live finals of Formula Student this summer, featuring over 100 teams and their petrol, electric and autonomous vehicles, built from scratch!

Join us this summer at Silverstone Race Circuit and watch all the action unfold as this year's teams get their awesome single-seater cars on track

All spectators will get full access to the national paddock, exhibitor stands, busy garages, test track viewing areas, National Straight Pit Lane and the grandstands around Copse Corner to watch all the on-track action.

Plus, children 15 and under go free: capture the imagination of your young engineers and enjoy all the passion and excitement of this engineering competition.

What's on?

From Saturday's Autonomous, Sprint, Skidpad and Acceleration events to the intense long-distance Endurance event on Sunday, plus car testing, scrutineering, a bustling paddock of exhibition stands, on-site refreshments and much more, Formula Student is an exciting family day out at the home of British Motorsport. Here's what you can 

Saturday: Acceleration
A 75m speed course down the National Straight, culminating in a run-off for the fastest six cars of the day.

Saturday: Skidpad
Cars roar around a figure of eight circuit, designed to test the handling and manoeuvrability of a vehicle.

Saturday: Sprint
Enjoy a fast-paced time trial event set on a winding 1km course that tests a car's speed and a driver's skill.

Saturday: FS-AI
Teams put their autonomous driving systems through their paces - the cars drive themselves!

Sunday: Endurance
An intense 22km-long course set around Copse Corner with driver change; which teams and cars will go the distance?

Both Days: Scrutineering
Watch as vehicles go through their technical checks before getting on track, including noise, brake and tilt tests.
