Railway Division Board Nominations 2026

The annual refresh of the Railway Division Board is approaching. There are five Ordinary Member vacancies. We invite all Railway Division Members to nominate individuals who will bring value to the Board. The deadline for nominations is the 9 April.

Please find below the new confirmed Board positions for 2026–2027.

• Chair: Matthew Prosser
• Deputy Chair: Jason Groombridge
• Vice Chairs: Emil Tschepp and Rachel Turner

How to Get Involved
Each year, the Railway Division appoints several Ordinary Members to the Board. These are voting roles and play a vital part in supporting the work of the Division. For 2026–2027, the Board is nominating:

• Richard Graham
• Toby Johnson
• Morgan Price

There are five Ordinary Member vacancies, 4 of the vacancies are for 3 years and one is for one year.  We invite all Railway Division Members to nominate individuals who will bring value to the Board. Volunteers may nominate themselves or colleagues, provided the nominee has given their permission.

If we have more nominees than vacancies we will hold an election. The ballot will open on the 16 April and close on the 7 May.  All corporate Members of the Railway Division will be sent information on how to cast their vote.

Successful candidates will be announced at the Railway Division AGM on the 13 May 2026.
