Notice of Annual Meeting: London 22 September 2020

The Annual Meeting of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers will be held at the Institution’s HQ, One Birdcage Walk, London SW1H 9JJ on Tuesday 22 September 2020.

Annual Meeting at 11:15 hrs

The Annual Meeting of the Institution will be held for the purpose of transacting the following business:

1. The presentation and review of the Trustees’ Report and Annual Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2019.
2. The appointment of the Auditors.

Only Corporate Members and Associate Members of the Institution are entitled to participate in the business of the Annual Meeting.   Other members may attend as observers but are not entitled to be heard or to vote (By-law 38).  Proxy Votes will be accepted.

Arrangements for this Annual Meeting are subject to changing UK Government legislation and restrictions in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
