Notice of Annual Meeting: 3 June 2026

The Annual Meeting of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers will be held in the Lecture Theatre at One Birdcage Walk on 3 June 2026 (12:00 BST). IMechE members may attend in person or online.

Annual Meeting at 12:00 (BST)

The Annual Meeting of the Institution will be held for the purpose of transacting the following business:

1. The announcement of the results of the Trustee Board and Council Elections.
2. The presentation and review of the Trustee Board's Report and Annual Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025: Annual Report 2025
3. The reappointment of the Auditors.

Only Corporate Members and Associate Members of the Institution are entitled to participate in the business of the Annual Meeting. Other members may attend as observers but are not entitled to be heard or to vote (By-Law 38).
