Members have spoken: 2026 election results announced

Thank you to everyone who took part in this year's Corporate Elections. By voting, members help shape the future direction of the Institution, ensuring your collective voice is heard in the decisions and priorities that will enable engineering to drive innovation and tackle global challenges.

Following the independent administration of the ballot by Mi-Voice, the results of the 2026 elections have now been confirmed

We are pleased to announce that Richard Judge has been elected as President, having previously been elected Deputy President in 2024. Anuradha Kamble has been elected as General Trustee (Under 30) and Kevin Blacktop as General Trustee.

Members have also elected a new cohort of Council representatives, alongside appointments across our governance boards, divisions, groups, regions and Young Members Board.

We congratulate all successful candidates and thank everyone who stood for election. Their knowledge, experience and commitment will help ensure the Institution continues to represent the profession effectively and support engineers in delivering solutions that improve lives around the world.
