Industrial Visit to Peenya Fine comp Pvt Ltd

An industrial visit organised by Mohammad Ameen Shaikh, YM Rep of South India Panel India Branch. The idea of the visit was to educate and bring awareness about the manufacturing process and the quality standards in the industry.

Peenya Fine comp Pvt Ltd established in 1990 an experienced sheet metal processing company in South India, catering directly to the assembly lines of global tier 1 corporations such as whirlpool of India Ltd, Automotive Axles Ltd, and many more.

The company is committed for the Quality, and certified with ISO 9001-2015, & EN ISO 15085-2 CL2 Company.

The visit was planned with 20 affiliate members of Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences, Bangalore. The visit gave an understanding of the production plan, different processes carried out in different types of press machines varying from 5 ton to 500 ton, consisting of mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic machines.

The engineer on the shop floor explained in detail the importance of selecting the right machine for the right process and gave a brief on the different tools manufactured by them, whilst also learning the correct way of carrying out quality checks for different parameters.
