IMechE ‘Trustee and Chair of Finance Board’ and ‘Trustee and Chair of Audit & Risk Committee’

The Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE) is looking to appoint two trustees to serve on its board and to act as respective chairs of the Finance Board and the Audit and Risk Committee.

These are key appointments and play pivotal and important roles in managing and overseeing the Institution and its governance.

The time commitment expected for both roles is a minimum of 3 to 4 days a month. These roles are unpaid in line with Charity Commission regulations, but reasonable expenses will be covered.
