Our graduate programme is designed to give you real responsibility from day one, enabling you to add value and make a real difference.
Based at our state-of-the-art Hullavington Technology Campus, we're looking for high-performing individuals who have a specific desire to work in the automotive industry and the drive to deliver on Dyson's most high-profile and fast-paced project to date.
Over the course of the two-year programme, you will complete 6-9-month rotations in 3 of the following teams:
During the programme, you will be supported with a development programme that will hone your skills, evolve your knowledge and help you take your first steps towards becoming a future leader within our business. We hope to meet you at one of our Assessment Centres soon.
