Avonside Safety Management are pleased to offer new dates for their electrical safety training to support all teams developing electric vehicles.

Part 1: Formula Student - Competitor HV Electrical Safety Training (DGUV Level 2E) - £220 per person (excl. VAT)

24 February 2025 and 26 March 2025

Online Training Modules & One Day Classroom at ASM Redditch

Equip your team members with the expertise to safely isolate and de-energize high-voltage systems. This course ensures they develop the knowledge, skills, and competence required to meet DGUV Information 209-093 standards, supporting safe and effective high-voltage operations in Formula Student motorsport teams. The course consists of 13 online training modules prior to attending the one day classroom session.

 

Part 2: Formula Student - Electrical Safety Officer HV Electrical Safety Training (DGUV Level 3E) - £440 per person (excl. VAT)

25 – 26 February 2025 and 31 March – 1 April 2025

Online & In-person at ASM Redditch ((Part 1 needs to be completed first)

Equip your team’s nominated Electrical Safety Officers (ESOs) with the essential skills and knowledge to work safely on high-voltage systems, including energised battery systems. This training aligns with DGUV Information 209-093 guidelines, ensuring participants meet the required competence standards for this critical role in Formula Student motorsport teams. The course is two-days of classroom training and for all persons wishing to attain ESO status to manage and control live working activities.
