FS Project Leader Lucy Killington visited the UH Racing team at University of Hertfordshire to meet the team, tour the campus facilities and even got a cheeky spin on their simulator!
Lucy said: “It was quite an eye opener talking to the team and understanding the amount of extra work the FS team members put in. Their enthusiasm is pretty inspiring. It was great to get their feedback on the event overall and improvements they’d like to see going forward (I haven’t forgotten the request for ice cream at Silverstone!).”
Having competed in every Formula Student UK since its inception in 1998, UH Racing have a proud heritage and will be celebrating 20 years of designing and building internal combustion vehicles at Formula Student 2017.
