Formula Student 2026 Project Management Event

Deadline to register 1 May 2026: We’re pleased to confirm that the Project Management event will return for Formula Student 2026, following a strong first year.

Project Management sits at the heart of Formula Student, bringing together all disciplines - from design and manufacturing to cost and business - into one cohesive delivery plan. It recognises that successful engineering projects rely not only on technical excellence, but on how effectively they are managed end-to-end.

Taking place at the Formula Student competition at Silverstone, this event gives teams the opportunity to present and evidence how they manage the delivery of their Formula Student project; from initial concept through to track-ready car. Building on last year’s introduction, the focus remains on supporting teams to develop structured, effective approaches that ultimately lead to stronger project outcomes and more completed cars on track.

The event will once again be supported by expert judges from MIGSO-PCUBED and will remain stand-alone and optional, open to teams across FS Class, Concept Class and FS-AI.
