Formula Student 2018 rules & key dates

Whether you are a new team or are experienced in the competition, being familiar with the rules is essential to success at Formula Student.

In case you missed the news on our social channels, the full Formula Student 2018 and FSUK supplementary rules are available. As previously highlighted at October's Learn to Win event, the rules for Formula Student 2018 have been organised to be as inclusive as possible for teams to compete in as many competitions as they are able to.

Speaking at the Learn to Win: The Essentials webinar, Head Design Judge Neill Anderson stressed the importance of learning and understanding the rules and making sure that teams are familiar with the most recent set of rules, rather than relying on their understanding of last year's ruleset.

With FSUK's 20th anniversary taking place next year, 2018 is shaping up to be an exciting landmark and we hope that these changes will contribute to the overall inclusivity and make for a highly competitive event next July.
