Formula Student 2017 Rules released!

Full rules for Class 1 and Class 2 are available - perfect reading for over Christmas!

Christmas has come early!  The final versions of Class 1 and Class 2 rules are now available, so make sure you download the updates and save copies for your records.  We recommend deleting old versions, just to be safe!

Chief Technical Scrutineer and Rules Advisor, Dan Jones, had this to say:

“The Class 2 rules are unchanged from the previous draft.  For Class 1 there are no changes in technical requirements for the cars, the main changes for teams to consider are in the requirements for the Cost and Manufacturing and Business Presentation events. The remaining changes are minor clarifications or corrections of typos and grammatical errors. As ever it’s important to read and understand both the FSAE rules and these supplementary Formula Student Rules.”
