Careers at Bentley Motors

FInd out about opportunities for Formula Student competitors to join Bentley Motors.

Undergraduate placement roles will go live on www.bentleycareers.com on 25th October 2021.

Bentley Motors will have a record trainee intake in 2022 for our Early Careers programmes – a total of 113 positions, of which 60 will be placement year students and 18 Graduate opportunities. The Luxury Brand is fully engaged in its Beyond100 future strategy – to be the most desirable sustainable luxury automotive company on the planet – and have a fully electric portfolio by 2030. Early Careers pipelines form a key part of this strategy, bringing to the business expertise, innovation and ambition to match the company’s goals.

The range of roles is more diverse than ever, with vacancies in the Undergraduate placement year including Environmental Operations, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Digital & IT, Quality Engineering (Supplier, Field, Laboratory), and Aftersales Engineering as well as other business areas such as HR, Finance and Marketing.

Our Graduate intake roles will follow on 8th November. These will include a number of roles across our Manufacturing function – focussing on the future factory and production of our extraordinary product – as well as a range of opportunities in our Research and Development function including Electrical, Whole Vehicle and Concepts. Our Quality team will also be recruiting for two graduate engineers to join their ranks.

Bentley is proud to be partnering with the IMechE and Formula Student in 2022 and 2023, as the EV category sponsor as well as a number of awards. Bentley staff will be at Learn to Win on 5th November – but don’t leave it too late to apply for the placement roles as vacancies may close if application numbers are high.

We’d like to wish all of the participants in Formula Student the very best, and we look forward to meeting and collaborating with you over the course of the competition.
