Direct Line get in touch to announce their upcoming graduate scheme!

Look out for the Direct Line Group Technical Graduate Scheme applications opening in February. But what are we looking for?

First and foremost, we look for adaptability. Twenty years ago mainstream cars were all a metal box on wheels with a human driver. Now we have driverless, carbon fibre, electric cars. What might cars look like by the time you retire?

Secondly, we look for the abilility to collaborate and share what you've learnt with others. We'd hope you're excited to do that with all the cool tech out there!

Finally, we look for people who make a positive contribution. With all the change in the car repair industry, there will be lots of chances to be an expert in something and develop yourself, so we want you to make the most of that and to change things for the better.

This will be a hands on role with vehicles but there are also lots of chances to develop through training and placements. Could it be right for you?
