Design Challenge Wessex Regional Final 2022 results

We are pleased to share with you the results of the Design Challenge Wessex Regional Final which took place on 23 March 2022 at the University of Southampton.

Diogo Montalvao, Wessex Region Design Challenge Chair and Tim Woolman from the University of Southampton hosted a fantastic event attended by a total of seven teams. 

The event was run successfully with all competition elements completed, including all required pre-event submissions from the seven competing teams who came from University of Portsmouth, Bournemouth University, Solent University and our hosts, University of Southampton.

Team 'Future Robot Wars Winners' from Bournemouth University triumphed with their line launcher device in both the Design Competition and Main Challenge to end up as Wessex Regional Champions which sees them through to the National Final in October!
