Creating Inclusion Learning Programme Update

We have been busy creating our employee and member diversity and inclusion learning programme ‘Creating Inclusion’ with the help of our Early Adopters Group and D&I Committee.

With their insight and support we have created a new D&I competency framework, bespoke learning materials, agreed training delivery dates and are now in the midst of developing a dedicated D&I area on our IMechE learning management system, for all members and employees to easily access their learning from as early as next month. 

With our first group of member and employees (CEO, Directors, Trustees, Board/Committee Chair & Vice Chair, HR Team, D&I Committee) starting their learning from September, we are well on our way to equipping everyone at the Institution to continuously improve inclusion and belonging within the organisation and in wider society.
