Confirm your team for Silverstone

Deadline 10 June 2024: confirm the team members who will be joining Formula Student 2024 at Silverstone.

Each individual team member needs to log into their account, then:

• Click on My Details
• Click on all the Indemnity, Medical Insurance and GDPR declarations and tick you have read them
• Then, new for this year, the Team leader then also needs to upload a PDF proof of insurance for your team (please note you will not be able to confirm the teams members “Attending live” without this document
• Your Team leader then needs to go onto “Manage members” on their account and tick “Attending live” next to all team members who are attending the event

Once the team limit has been reached (25 for FS class, 25 for FSAI and 15 for concept) the system will ask you to pay for any additional team members at £45 plus VAT per member. There will be a link on the Portal on the Manage members page to click through to pay this.
