Annual Meeting & Ordinary Meeting: 1 November 2017

The following meetings will be held at the Institution’s HQ, One Birdcage Walk, London SW1H 9JJ on Wednesday 1 November 2017:

Annual Meeting at 5.15 pm

The continuation of the 170th Annual Meeting of the Institution will be held for the purpose of concluding the following business:

1. The presentation and review of the Trustees’ Report and Annual Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2016.
2. The appointment and the fixing of the remuneration of the Auditors.

Only Corporate Members and Associate Members of the Institution are entitled to participate in the business of the Annual Meeting. Other members may attend as observers but are not entitled to be heard or to vote (By-law 38). Proxy Votes will be accepted.

Ordinary Meeting – James Clayton Lecture at 6.00 pm

Richard Noble OBE will present the James Clayton Lecture entitled:

“Bloodhound SSC the Next Stage” 

Members of all classes and their visitors are welcome (By-law 39).
