Advancing Your Professional Growth Powered by IMechE

The pursuit of Personal and Professional growth in the ever-changing landscape of engineering and technology has become a vital aspect of career growth.

It was with immense enthusiasm and anticipation that, the Careers Network – Gurgaon Chapter, organised a transformative Professional Development session led by Farah Baksh, IMechE Global Relationship Manager on 19 July, 2023. 

As the session commenced, Farah introduced us to the world of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE), IMechE which empowers engineers and provides them with the tools to excel in their careers. During the session Farah elaborated on the seamless enrolment process, emphasising the ease of joining the IMechE community, regardless of their career stage the platforms cater to all – students as well as seasoned professionals, fostering a diverse and inclusive environment for knowledge exchange and networking.

The session was organised to accommodate both in-person and virtual participation, attracting an impressive attendance of over 600 employees who joined the session virtually.
