After a quiet Easter period, there was a significant increase in media coverage for the Institution, following the publication of two new reports. The Institution’s Med Tech report which calls on UK Government to maintain continuity with EU CE certification for Med Tech devices post Brexit was picked up in Reuters, the Evening Standard, the Daily Mail and a raft of other trade, international and regional news outlets. While a second report on the UK’s departure from EU nuclear body Euratom was picked up by City AM and our first Euratom report was cited in an article in The Times. There was other news coverage for the University of Birmingham’s Formula Student team and a variety of other Institution activities.
