Nominations Committee

The Nominations Committee [NomCo] is responsible for developing and managing formal, robust, inclusive and transparent governance procedures.  

These standards support the recruitment, assessment and nomination of suitably qualified and experienced candidates to the Trustee Board, Council, and governance boards and committees.

The Committee is responsible for developing a diverse pipeline of candidates and for overseeing succession arrangements of boards and committees.

The Trustee Board has appointed Past President Isobel Pollock-Hulf to chair the expanded and reconstituted NomCo.

The criteria for membership of NomCo is defined in the Terms of Reference which makes reference to the necessary skills, knowledge and experience. This document will be made available when formally approved by the Trustee Board.
