Ambassador Gold
Ambassador Gold has now been launched. This is a recognition programme that has been developed with the support of the YMB that aims to reward and recognise IMechE Young Members who volunteer for 100 hours or more per year. In recognition of this effort and contribution, IMechE will aim to provide CPD training that is relevant to the volunteer role. The skills gained during volunteer time and the training available are directly related to the ECUK competencies C, D and E. Whether the volunteer efforts contribute directly to the competencies or provide good skill development opportunities to strengthen skills that are required to meet the competencies, it is clear that there is a strong transferability element.
