In partnership with CH&Co, one of the most respected and cutting-edge companies within the food service sector, One Birdcage Walk offers extensive hospitality and catering services. Our chefs and catering managers, permanently located onsite, pride themselves on offering our clients the finest catering experience, using only fresh and seasonal ingredients, and are happy to create a bespoke package and/or menu specifically tailored for your event, meeting or conference.
Audio visual support
One Birdcage Walk offers specialised excellent audio-visual equipment fully supported by our in-house AV technicians, who are on hand to ensure the smooth running of your meeting, conference or event.
Dedicated venue and room hire team
To ensure your event runs smoothly, we have a dedicated venue and room hire team who are available to assist with the planning of your event from the initial enquiry right through to delivery on the day itself. Our experienced venue coordinators will ensure your requirements are met, and that the conference, meeting or event itself is a huge success for you and your delegates.
Access arrangements
Due to the age and configuration of the building, every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate wheelchair users or persons with a disability visiting the Institution, provided such persons notify us at least 24 hours in advance of their visit. Please get in touch with your designated contact at the Institution to discuss this further. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
