Information and advice Do you need general advice? Our new free telephone helpline operated by Advice Express can assist with a whole range of day-to-day enquiries including issues related to employment, housing, consumer problems, family and relationship difficulties, pension and welfare benefits. You can call them on our dedicated number of 01275 376 029 and their service is available Mon-Fri 8am-8pm, and at weekends 9am-12noon. All advisors are based in the UK. You can discover where, and how to acquire new skills; learn new job hunting techniques; develop a powerful CV; boost your confidence and self-esteem; and identify your key personal strengths.
