Summary

The CMI Level 3 Award is ideal for those entering the management sector, in roles such as team leaders, supervisors, first-time managers, project officers and shift managers.

This qualification allows you to develop your knowledge of roles and responsibilities of a manager by focusing on specific skill areas. 

You will need to complete one unit and submit a written assignment that successfully demonstrates your understanding of your chosen topic. 

After attending your chosen course, you will be given access to the associated assignment and after successful completion you will be awarded the qualification. 

Included with your purchase is 12 months study membership with the CMI and access to their ManagementDirect learning portal to support your studies. 

The qualification must be completed within 12 months of attending the training.
