A change specialist and career coach with over 15 years' experience of making change happen in the public sector. Ann-Marie helps people navigate and lead change. She’s had a number of high-profile management and leadership roles in organisations ranging from 400 to 6,000 employees – so she knows how tough change can be.

As an action focused coach who is able to build instant rapport with her clients, Ann-Marie will work with you to create incremental changes that lead to tangible outcomes and real progression.
