Sarah’s coaching is based on the belief that everyone has the resources to work through their opportunities and challenges, and her role is to help facilitate that journey. She uses different theoretical frameworks, methods and techniques dependent on the coachee’s needs and is flexible in her style and approach.

What to expect

Sarah has a very facilitative and nurturing coaching style. For her, the coaching relationship is key – rapport and trust are the cornerstones, and she works hard, with her coachees, to grow and develop these relationships. She creates a safe and quiet environment where coachee can be open and honest with their thoughts and reach their own well thought out conclusions.

Experience

Sarah has provided coaching for a range of clients within the private and public sectors. Recently she has been coaching senior executives and managers within the technology industry. Other specific sectors she has worked in over her 25-year coaching career include insurance, engineering, regulatory, pharmaceuticals, telecoms, and banking industries.
