Nominations for the Donald Julius Groen Prize remain open, with a submission deadline of Monday 18 May 2026.
The prestigious prize recognises outstanding papers or exceptional achievements within the technical scope of the awarding division or group. For this cycle, the award is still to be conferred by both the Safety & Reliability Group and the Tribology Group, highlighting excellence across key engineering disciplines.
The Prize is open to candidates worldwide, with nominations accepted for individuals or collaborative groups of authors, regardless of membership status with the Institution. Winners will receive a formal certificate in recognition of their contribution.
