Summary

This course is aimed at managers who set strategic direction for their teams.

The aim of this course is to enable experienced engineering managers to improve their skills to develop strategic leadership capabilities and to work more effectively and efficiently.

The course looks at the personal resources managers and leaders have available and how to make the best of them. The focus is on how to lead a department or team where you are not able to have close contact with them on a daily basis, either because the team is too large or too remote.

All attendees will receive a free Engineer360 feedback report when attending this programme.
