The Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is one of the world's most recognised project management qualifications. This course, which is aligned to the PMBoK® Guide 8th Edition, prepares you for the latest PMP exam, helping you develop the delivery capabilities needed to manage projects successfully across predictive, agile and hybrid environments.

The course prepares experienced project professionals for the latest PMP exam while strengthening practical project management capability. You'll explore modern delivery approaches, strengthen decision-making, improve stakeholder engagement and gain techniques that can help you deliver greater value and support successful organisational outcomes.

Pre-requisites
Candidates must meet one of the following:

• Secondary school qualification (such as GCSE/A Level equivalent or high school diploma) plus at least 60 months (5 years) of non-overlapping experience leading projects within the last 10 years.
• Associate degree, higher certificate or equivalent qualification plus at least 48 months (4 years) of project leadership experience within the last 10 years.
• Bachelor's degree (or higher) plus at least 36 months (3 years) of project leadership experience within the last 10 years.
• A bachelor's or postgraduate degree from a PMI Global Accreditation Center (GAC) accredited programme plus at least 24 months (2 years) of project leadership experience within the last 10 years.

You have to apply to PMI before you can sit the exam. There’s a strict protocol as they have to authenticate that the above criteria has been met prior to exam attendance.
