During the course you will explore the importance of defining a problem clearly, before using data to identify the real issues behind the presented symptoms.

This course provides a foundation for a wider exploration of problem-solving techniques, for example 8D and Fault Tree Analysis and other techniques used to support Failure Mode Avoidance, for example FMEA.

Tailoring of the course is available for in-company delivery to match existing internal problem-solving methodologies.
