Leading Software-Defined R&D and Product Programmes - 2-3 November 2026, MTI, Coventry

This two-day course gives engineers and managers the tools to make better decisions earlier, reduce programme risk, and lead integrated hardware-software development projects with greater confidence and control.

Course attendees will explore how integrated teams coordinate hardware and software development across prototyping, testing, and validation, through real-world case studies. The course examines how techniques such as digital simulation, hardware-in-the-loop (HiL) testing, and Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DfMA) shape programme decisions and inform technical leadership.

Attend to gain practical frameworks that can be applied immediately to your projects, teams, and technical trade-offs you face every day. These provide more predictable delivery, reduced R&D costs and enhanced preparedness of your teams, all leading to greater competitiveness in an increasingly software-driven market.
